Mammoplasty is a surgical procedure to enhance the size and shape of a woman's breast.
This type of cosmetic surgery involves placing silicone breast implants or saline breast implants behind breast tissue or beneath the chest muscle to increase the size, shape and fullness in the breast. Breast augmentation can be performed to correct any asymmetry and restore the volume that has faded with age or as a result of pregnancies that often generate a low self esteem of the patient and also with their partner.
